Age Restriction
333brt is strictly a platform for adults aged 18 years and above. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, access, deposit funds into, or place any wager through the 333brt platform under any circumstances.
By registering an account on 333brt, you expressly warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 333brt employs age verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. These may include, but are not limited to, requesting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) that clearly shows your date of birth.
333brt reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point during the player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable time period will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
If 333brt reasonably suspects that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accrued by a player who is found to be underage will be void and non-payable. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment source, subject to verification of the payment method.

Access to 333brt by any person under the age of 18 is prohibited. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be closed without notice and any winnings will be void. 333brt takes underage gambling extremely seriously.
Account Registration
To access the full range of 333brt services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the platform is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 333brt at any time. The following actions constitute a breach of this rule and will result in the closure of all associated accounts:
- Registering more than one account under the same identity
- Registering a second account using a different name, email address, or payment method to circumvent a previous account suspension
- Allowing another person to register or operate an account on your behalf
- Operating an account on behalf of another person
333brt reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks on any account at any time. Players are required to co-operate fully with any such verification request. If a player fails to respond to a verification request within 14 calendar days, 333brt may restrict or close the account.
Your 333brt account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any of your account rights to any third party.
333brt reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
Duplicate Accounts
Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and pending balances will be reviewed for forfeiture. This includes accounts created using different contact details.
KYC Verification
Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Documents accepted include National ID Card, passport, and driving licence. Proof of payment method may also be requested.
Deposits & Withdrawals
333brt processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available through a range of locally supported payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction via mobile banking methods. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 333brt account within seconds of confirmation. 333brt does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed once the player has completed KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. 333brt does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though third-party fees from your payment provider may apply.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Standard processing times following approval are:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within 24 hours of approval
- Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City, Islami, Sonali): 1–3 business days
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days
333brt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to conduct further due diligence. This may include source-of-funds documentation in cases involving large withdrawal amounts.
Players must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension, return of deposits, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
In the event that a deposit is made in error, or a player wishes to reverse a recent deposit, contact [email protected] as promptly as possible. Reversals are subject to review and are not guaranteed once the funds have been used to place a wager.
Minimum Amounts
Minimum deposit: ৳200
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
All transactions are denominated in BDT. No conversion fees are applied by 333brt.
Own-Name Rule
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will trigger an immediate account review.
Bonus Terms
333brt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Welcome Bonus: New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, minimum qualifying deposit, bonus percentage, and wagering requirements are specified in the welcome offer terms displayed at the time of registration.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or playthrough requirements). This means that before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the player must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the individual offer) a specified number of times. - Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are used first when placing wagers

- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period (typically 7–30 days)
- Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds; placing bets exceeding the maximum may result in forfeiture of bonus and bonus-derived winnings
- 333brt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice
- Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent account suspension
Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Durga Puja, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to additional terms published with each individual campaign. These promotions are time-limited and may not be available to all players depending on account status and eligibility criteria.

Bonus Abuse Policy

User Obligations

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. You must notify 333brt immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333brt platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Cheating, match-fixing, or engaging in any form of fraudulent betting activity
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
- Impersonating another person or entity in any communication with 333brt
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 333brt platform or its software
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 333brt staff or other players through any communication channel
- Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players
Responsible Use: You agree to use the 333brt platform for personal entertainment only and not as a source of income. You acknowledge the inherent risk of loss associated with gambling and confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose. Protect Your Login

No Bots or Fraud
Use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of technical exploitation is a serious breach of these Terms. Such accounts will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings will be voided.
Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the Player: You may request to close your 333brt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining must be withdrawn, subject to KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Suspension or Closure by 333brt: 333brt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if, in our reasonable assessment, one or more of the following conditions apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point
- The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity through the platform
- The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
- The player has been found to be under 18 years of age
- The player has opened multiple accounts in breach of the one-account rule
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance reasons require account action
- The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 333brt will notify the player via email within a reasonable timeframe and will provide an opportunity to respond, except in cases involving fraud, criminal activity, or safeguarding concerns.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling can request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 333brt may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The fee will not reduce a dormant account balance below zero.
Closing Your Account
To close your account voluntarily, contact [email protected]. Withdraw any remaining real-money balance before requesting closure. Bonus balances are forfeited on closure.
Self-Exclusion Available
If gambling is causing you concern, self-exclusion is available at any time. Contact us at [email protected] to activate a cooling-off period or permanent exclusion. All self-exclusion requests are handled confidentially.
Limitation of Liability
333brt provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333brt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from a player's gambling activity
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security
- Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of platform services, including during live betting events
- Technical errors, software bugs, or connectivity issues affecting game outcomes or bet placement
- Losses resulting from a player's reliance on any information published on the platform
In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous payout, 333brt reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state. Players will be notified of any such corrective action.
333brt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's 333brt account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 333brt's liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 333brt support shall be referred to binding arbitration.
